Cancellations
I understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, I do not accept returns. Each item is unique and specifically made to order, which means I am unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact me immediately. I will gladly offer an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Exchanging Goods

You are responsible for returning the goods. You should send the goods to the following address:

I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return in lieu of an exchange. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
